1. Definitions

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use a vd88 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You have not previously had a vd88 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these terms.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling activity.

vd88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, vd88 will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. If it is subsequently established that a user was under 18 at the time of registration, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned after deduction of any amounts wagered.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the vd88 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names, email addresses, or payment method combinations — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. vd88 accepts no liability for delays, losses, or account issues arising from the provision of inaccurate or outdated information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method — is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vd88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility. 4.4 KYC Verification

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

vd88 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vd88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from accounts not owned by the registered vd88 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability and applicable limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier. 5.4 Currency & Conversion

The vd88 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any currency conversion — for example, where a player uses a Visa or Mastercard issued in a foreign currency — is the responsibility of the issuing bank and may incur conversion fees. vd88 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

5.5 Transaction Fees

vd88 does not charge users a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, some third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to check the fee schedule of your chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

vd88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including — but not limited to — welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of vd88 and are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by vd88 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before the resulting funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Real-money funds are always used first before bonus funds in all wagering activity.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vd88 actively monitors for bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies or software to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and misrepresenting eligibility criteria. Where bonus abuse is identified, vd88 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to permanently close the account.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified vd88 account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT. The welcome bonus is subject to minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, and time limits as stated on the promotions page at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only and cannot be combined with any other new player promotion unless explicitly stated.

6.5 Seasonal & Event Promotions

vd88 runs regular promotional campaigns timed to major sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and FIFA tournaments) and Bangladeshi cultural occasions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day on March 26, and Victory Day on December 16). All such promotions are governed by their individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions. vd88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time.

7. Betting & Casino Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on vd88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the sportsbook pages. vd88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any other form of irregularity. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip is issued, the odds are fixed at the confirmed level.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available for selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. vd88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event — for example, during key match moments or where data feed accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the vd88 platform — including live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots and other titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — operate on independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by vd88 or any player. In the event of a game malfunction or technical fault, vd88 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return all staked amounts to the affected players' balances.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and casino games on vd88. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of wagering. vd88 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.5 Dispute Resolution for Bets

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the vd88 customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the event's settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. vd88's decision on all bet settlement disputes is final and binding once the investigation process has been completed.

8. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using vd88, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vd88 platform:

• Opening more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Accessing vd88 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the platform in an automated or non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the platform to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by vd88

vd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice if vd88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your vd88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, vd88 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance in your account (after deduction of pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are given priority processing.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

vd88 offers a formal self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful. Self-exclusion periods of six months, one year, or indefinite duration are available. 9.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. vd88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, as stated in the cashier. 10. Limitation of Liability

vd88 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. vd88 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

vd88 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to inadequate credential security on the part of the player. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume full responsibility for your decision to use the platform and for all wagering activity conducted through your account.

Where vd88's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vd88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Third-Party Content & Game Providers

Games and betting markets on vd88 are in part supplied by third-party providers including — but not limited to — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. vd88 is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in third-party game content. 11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the vd88 platform shall be subject to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which vd88 operates. vd88 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using vd88 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

11.1 Informal Resolution

Please include your registered username, a clear description of your complaint, and any supporting documentation when submitting a dispute.

11.2 Formal Complaints

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within the stated timeframe, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] marked clearly as "Formal Complaint". vd88 will provide a written response to all formal complaints within 28 business days. vd88's decision following the formal complaints process is final and binding in respect of all platform-related matters within its control.

11.3 No Class Actions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any disputes between you and vd88 shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

12. Amendments to These Terms

vd88 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason — including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, payment methods, or business practices. The revised terms will be published at this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations under these terms — vd88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the vd88 platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. vd88 will process your closure request and return any eligible real-money balance in accordance with Section 9.2 of these terms.
